Fatty foods


Taking too much fat as saturated fat can increase cholesterol level which further raises risk of having heart related diseases. So avoid saturated fats and go for foods that contains unsaturated fat. Foods high in fat results in gain weight. Overweight results in further health issues such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure etc. Foods have too much saturated fat includes meat, butter, ghee, cream, biscuits, cakes and so on.  But there are some saturated foods that may be healthier for you but not for others. Healthy ones are olive, walnut, flax seed or soybean oils. So make changes to your diet to reduce your risks of heart diseases. Take low fat milk or low fat yogurt.
Fatty foods tastes good but avoid such foods as they are unhealthy. So avoid potato chips, pork sausage, cheese, crackers, ice cream, French fries, chicken potpie, cheese pizza, etc. You can choose cheese over butter and avoid coconut products.
